This Refund Policy applies to all design services purchased on QueAotd, including custom icon design, PS graphic design, AI visual design, and revision packages. All rules comply with US consumer protection laws.
 

2.1 Eligible Refund Conditions

Users can apply for a full refund under the following circumstances within 7 calendar days of payment:
  • We fail to start any design work and deliver no draft content after order confirmation.
  • The service cannot be provided due to our official technical or operational faults.
  • Duplicate order payment caused by system failure on our official website.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds (consistent with US custom service industry standards):
  • Design drafts, preliminary works, or AI-generated previews have been delivered to the user.
  • Users have requested revision services, adjusted design requirements, or continued project communication.
  • User voluntarily abandons the project, changes design demands midway, or cancels the order for personal reasons.
  • Free revision quota is not used, or users fail to respond to design feedback for more than 15 days.
  • Completed final design files have been delivered and downloaded by the user.

2.3 Partial Refund Rules

For ongoing projects with partial work completed, we support partial refund evaluation according to the completed progress of design work, and the refund amount will be determined based on the actual service completion ratio.
 

2.4 Refund Processing Time

After your refund application is approved, the fund will be returned to your original payment channel within 5–10 working days. The specific arrival time depends on the processing rules of your payment platform.
 

2.5 Final Interpretation Right

QueAotd reserves the final interpretation right of all refund rules, and all disputes will be resolved in accordance with US local consumer protection laws.
