3.1 Service Overview

QueAotd provides professional custom design services, including but not limited to AI design, PS graphic design, brand icon design, visual material production, and design revision services. All services are for personal or commercial legal use by users.
 

3.2 User Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the guardians’ authorization to use our services. You agree to use our services in compliance with US federal and state laws, and not to use our design services for illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, or fraudulent purposes.
 

3.3 Order & Service Rules

  • After the user pays and submits complete design requirements, we will start the project within the specified delivery cycle.
  • The free revision quota is subject to the service package you purchased. Excess revisions will be charged separately.
  • Users shall provide true, legal, and complete design requirements and reference materials. We are not responsible for design defects caused by unclear user requirements or wrong reference materials.

3.4 Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • After full payment and final delivery: Users obtain the commercial usage right of the final design file.
  • QueAotd retains the creation copyright and display right of design works (unless the user purchases exclusive copyright customization services).
  • Users are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or secondary selling our design drafts, unfinished works, and template materials without authorization.
  • We are not responsible for copyright disputes caused by users’ self-provided reference materials, logos, and text content.

3.5 Service Limitation & Liability Exemption

  • We do not guarantee that the design works will fully meet market commercial competition expectations or user subjective aesthetic preferences (we provide revision services to optimize satisfaction).
  • We are not liable for indirect losses including but not limited to profit loss, business delay, and data loss caused by user’s improper use of design works.
  • We are not responsible for service delays caused by user’s delayed reply to feedback, incomplete requirements, or force majeure factors.

3.6 Account & Usage Rules

Users shall not use our website and services for malicious brushing orders, fraud, infringement, and illegal activities. We have the right to suspend or terminate services for users who violate the terms without refund.
 

3.7 Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate the service at any time if the user violates legal regulations or these terms of service.
 

3.8 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws, excluding conflict of law rules.
